This Kapiti triple cream cheese is peppered and coated with Indian herbs and garlic to create an irresistibly soft and creamy cheese with a delicious fresh and unripened texture. It becomes softer with age, and is an excellent complement to any cheese board and pairs well with chutney and dried meats.
Best Served At
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.
Best Stored at 4 °
After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
