The Flipp family have been producing milk at their family farm since 1980. There are now four generations of the Flipp family, all equally passionate about farming the way it used to be. The secret, they say, lies in farming with nature, rather than “trying to change her”.
But being certified organic takes more than just passion. To become a certified organic farm takes three years, and a LOT of hard work and care. It’s all worth it to the Flipp family though, because they want everyone to know exactly where this amazing bottle of milk comes from.
