Kāpiti Kikorangi Triple Cream Blue has a smooth, golden curd and a rich, buttery texture, marbled with dense blue veining. This multi-award winning cheese is guaranteed to invigorate the taste buds. Kikorangi means sky blue in Te Reo Māori.
Handcrafted in the Taranaki, our Kikorangi is slowly steeping itself into NZ cheese legend. Pair the unmistakably creamy Kikorangi with a decadent Panforte de Sienna for a sweet, salty and moreish feast. Enjoy alongside a medium Chardonnay, nothing too bold as to not take away from the cheese.
Best Served At
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.

After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
