Kahikatea Camembert + Pork Crackling
Goodbye pork pie, hello pork and cheese. Try our creamy, Kahikatea Camembert paired with Libby’s free range pork crackling. When you bite into it, the small bubbles explode with salty flavor to cut through the mild delicate flavor of the cheese.
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.

After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
