BABY KIKORANGI TRIPLE CREAM BLUE
The baby of the bunch, this younger version of our well loved Kikorangi still packs a punch. Kikorangi means sky blue in Te Reo Maori. With a deep velvety dark rind, slice open a Baby Kikorangi to find unmistakable creamy golden curd and rivers of dark blue. It has a smooth, buttery texture and rich, delectable taste that’s guaranteed to invigorate the taste buds.
Pair the unmistakably creamy Baby Kikorangi blue with a decadent Panforte de Sienna for a sweet, salty and moreish feast. Enjoy alongside a medium Chardonnay, nothing too bold as to not take away from the cheese.
Best Served At
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.

After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
