The name means cream in te reo Māori, which is perfectly fitting for this triple cream, fresh cheese that will surprise the tastebuds.

Best Served At
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.

After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
